Return & Exchange Policy

All pierced jewelry must be sealed (unopened) and in its original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on any pierced jewelry that comes in an unopened bag for store processing or a refund. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase order. All opened luggage is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that are in opened sealed bags. You must notify us of any damage before opening the clear seal bag. We are not responsible for your items once the sealed bag is opened.

Products returned with signs of wear or damage and bags on pierced jewelry that have been opened will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

No returns or refunds will be issued after 30 days.

Authorized refunds will be based on the item's original invoice price; shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for all costs involved in returning the product. Returns must be in original packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to insure the return package - we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

All returns will be processed within 1 week of receipt.
